One of the objective of IBGE is to train and provide best research facilites and guidence to the MPhil and PhD students,and young researchers. During the last few years IBGE is an attractive place for the graduate students to perform their experimental work due to the availability of good research facilities and excellent staff. Most of the researchers at IBGE are HEC approved supervisors and are linked to different universities as visiting faculty or thesis reviewers/examiners. IBGE has state of the art research facilites in the areas of its research focus and provides an excellent oppurtunity for the students to learn and perform various molecular biology techniques. Further, oganization of regular seminar and symposia provides students a very good oppurtunity to enhance their research knowledge and interact with national and international reserachers.
